ES. As the CEO of Radeecal Communications, how do you define the core vision that drives your organization in the exhibition industry

Sanyal Desai. At Radeecal Communications, our core vision is to create platforms that accelerate industry growth, foster global partnerships, and enable meaningful business outcomes. We don’t just organise exhibitions—we build ecosystems where innovation, networking, and knowledge-sharing come together. Our aim is to position every event as a catalyst that empowers industries, supports SMEs, and connects markets across continents. This vision drives our commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous innovation.

ES. Can you highlight some of the most successful or milestone events in recent years and what made them stand out?

Sanyal Desai. Over the years, we have been fortunate to host several events that have become benchmarks in their respective sectors. Events like Agri Asia ( 34% growth ) & Nonwoven Tech Asia ( 18% Growth ) , and our sector-focused shows in the East Africa have seen exceptional participation and business generation.
What made them stand out is our ability to:

curate high-quality exhibitor profiles, attract targeted buyers and decision-makers, deliver strong industry partnerships, and
ensure a seamless, ROI-driven experience for all stakeholders.

Many of these shows recorded year-on-year growth in both exhibitor numbers and international participation—clear evidence of the market’s trust in Radeecal’s platforms.

ES. What new innovations or strategies has Radeecal implemented recently to enhance exhibitor and visitor experience?

Sanyal Desai. Innovation is at the heart of our growth. Recently, we have implemented:

  • AI-enabled matchmaking platforms to connect buyers and exhibitors more efficiently.
  • Smart registration and digital badge systems to reduce waiting time and improve visitor flow.
  • Data-driven exhibitor dashboards that offer real-time insights into leads, visitor engagement, and ROI metrics.
  • Hybrid content zones—including live product demos, knowledge sessions, and curated B2B meeting lounges.
  • We are constantly exploring ways to integrate technology and enhance on-ground experience so our exhibitors and visitors get maximum value.

ES. Radeecal has been expanding internationally. What are your global growth plans for the next 5 years?

Sanyal Desai. Our 5-year growth strategy focuses on expanding our footprint in high-potential global markets. We are working to:

strengthen our presence in the in Africa and Southeast Asia. launch new vertical-specific exhibitions in sectors like aluminium, manufacturing, and agri-tech, foster strategic partnerships with international associations, chambers, and government bodies, and build cross-border platforms that bring global innovation to emerging markets.

Our goal is to position Radeecal as a trusted international exhibition organiser known for quality, credibility, and strong industry impact.

ES. What message would you like to give exhibitors, industry partners, and the larger MICE community?

Sanyal Desai. My message is simple: Let’s grow together.
