The 17th edition of EEMAGINE, the flagship convention of the Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA), unfolded in grandeur at the Fairmont Udaipur Palace, welcoming over 800 attendees from India and around the world. A seamless blend of global insights, landmark policy launches, electrifying performances, and powerful celebrations positioned India as a leading force in the global experience economy.
In a historic moment, EEMAGINE 2025 lit up Times Square, New York, with EEMA’s message shining across the world’s most iconic billboards a bold statement declaring that India’s live events industry has truly arrived on the world stage.

This edition featured visionary speakers who opened new horizons of impactful ideas. Ryan Charles Amstad from Pop House Entertainment, Sweden, explored the legacy and global influence of ABBA Voyage. Claus Raasted of the College of Extraordinary Experiences, Denmark, shared innovative strategies on creating extraordinary experiences and pricing psychology. Pigalle Tavakkoli, award-winning Experience Strategist from the UK, captivated audiences with insights on connecting emotionally with audiences to leave lasting impressions. Stephan Forseilles, CTO of Easyfairs, Brussels, decoded the collaborative role of AI with humans across creative fields. Each session inspired action and pushed boundaries.
A defining highlight of EEMAGINE 2025 was EEMA’s focus on health, safety, and sustainability in the experiential industry. The association launched three groundbreaking documents the Health, Safety & Environment Quick Reference Guide, Pictorial Standard Operating Procedures, and the Green Manual providing practical frameworks to transform the industry. In the next phase, a dedicated app will enable agencies to track the safety and sustainability of their events in real time.
EEMAGINE was not just about ideas it was a vibrant celebration of creative spirit and cultural identity. Performances by Ankit Tiwari and Indian folk legends Mame Khan and Kutle Khan electrified audiences. The EEMA’s Got Talent showcase added a personal touch, highlighting the hidden artistic skills of industry professionals in a joyful, heartwarming display.
From policy and performance to legacy and leadership, culture and creativity, EEMAGINE 2025 was more than a convention it was a movement. From the palaces of Udaipur to the lights of Times Square, the message was unmistakable: India is not following global trends it is setting them.
EEMAX Global Awards 2025: Celebrating Excellence
With over 1,000 entries, the EEMAX Global Awards recorded its highest nominations ever, honoring excellence across 144 awards. Hosted at the stunning Jashn Gardens, the awards night was anchored by the witty Gunjan Uthreja and South India’s own Deepali Vijay. The evening celebrated the industry’s finest with standing ovations, emotional wins, and breathtaking production moments.
