TTF Mumbai is scheduled to take place on 11, 12, and 13 August 2025 at the Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC), marking its return to the travel tradeshow calendar. Mumbai, as India’s financial capital, remains a key market for both domestic and international travel due to its high demand and connectivity, making it an important location for tourism businesses aiming to expand.

This year, TTF Mumbai is positioned as the second show in the calendar year, ahead of the Diwali holiday season. The event specializes in domestic tourism, complementing OTM—held earlier in the year at the same venue which primarily focuses on outbound and international travel.

TTF Mumbai operates exclusively as a B2B event, bringing together over 500 exhibitors including tourism boards, hotels, airlines, destination management companies, and more. The event expects to host more than 10,000 travel professionals. Positioned strategically before the Diwali season and held at JWCC, the event serves as a platform for networking and business transactions, with exhibitors presenting travel packages designed for the Indian market. Participants represent over 20 Indian states and union territories, as well as more than 10 countries.

The inauguration featured Chief Guests Ms. Diya Kumari, Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Mr. Rajesh Yadav (IAS), Principal Secretary of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, and Mr. Mohamad Farouk, Regional Director of India Tourism Mumbai, along with other officials, industry leaders, association heads, and media representatives.

State tourism boards participating include Maharashtra (Host State), Goa, Rajasthan, Kerala, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Meghalaya, India Tourism, and others. Private exhibitors such as Treat Hotels & Resorts, Quality Holidays & Cars, Evoke Experiences, Trulyy India Hotels and Resorts, Kesarbagh Palace Resort & Spa, The Paul Hotels & Resorts, and multiple hospitality groups showcased their offerings.

The event is supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, with Maharashtra Tourism endorsing it as the Host State.

TTF Mumbai 2025 provides networking opportunities over three days, featuring a wide range of travel products and services from across India, facilitating business connections between exhibitors and buyers.

Mumbai’s travel infrastructure has demonstrated significant growth post-pandemic. In 2024, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport handled 54.8 million passengers, a 19.41% increase compared to 2019. The airport also recorded its busiest day on 21 December, with over 170,000 passengers, reinforcing Mumbai’s status as India’s most connected travel hub.

TTF Mumbai continues to act as a platform for strategic networking, business development, and market expansion within India’s evolving travel industry.
