The first India edition of the World Inclusion Conference (WIC) 2026 opens today, held from 31 July to 1 August 2026 at Yashobhoomi (IICC), New Delhi. Positioned as India’s first and South Asia’s largest conference on building inclusion across society, the two-day gathering follows the inaugural World Inclusion Conference held in Almaty in 2025. The conference is led by the International Forum of Inclusion Practitioners (IFIP), a global network spanning 140+ countries.
Building Inclusion Across Society
At the heart of WIC India 2026 is the overarching focus on building inclusion across society, particularly through education. The conference seeks to bridge the gap between policy and the everyday realities of learners by bringing together policymakers, educators, institutional leaders, inclusion practitioners and other stakeholders.
Discussions focus on inclusive leadership and governance, diversity and wellbeing, neurodiversity, student-centric inclusion, equitable education and future-ready learning practices.

WIC India 2026 brings together 200+ global experts and speakers, 1,000+ educators and policymakers, with 50+ plenary and breakout sessions. The programme features global and India keynotes, plenary panels, fireside chats and specialised breakout sessions, creating multiple formats for dialogue, knowledge exchange and collaboration.
