InfoComm India, the event for Professional AudioVisual (Pro AV) and Integrated Experience Technology, is set to make a  impact as it returns to the Jio World Convention Centre from September 9-11, 2025. Following a record-breaking 2024 edition with a 17% increase in visitor attendance, InfoComm India 2025 will feature an even larger showcase, cutting-edge learning sessions, and new strategic partnerships to cater to India’s rapidly evolving AV and experience technology markets.

The expansion reflects India’s booming Pro AV market, which is the fastest-growing globally and the third-largest in APAC, with projected revenues reaching $11.8 billion by 2029. This growth is driving significant demand across corporate, education, and government sectors. The 2025 event will see a 12% increase in exhibition space and over 25% more exhibiting brands, including returning global names like Crestron, Harman, and AET, alongside first-time exhibitors such as Smart Stage Technologies, InstaLED, and FutureComm Systems. These exhibitors will present next-gen solutions in digital signage, control systems, and immersive lighting. A major new feature is the “Smart Tech Stage,” an engaging live demo area where visitors can explore real-world tech applications for smart workplaces, learning environments, and entertainment spaces.

The InfoComm India Summit will complement the exhibition with fresh content streams and practical insights. Highlights include an “AI in AV Workshop” addressing India’s growing appetite for AI-powered solutions, and sector-focused show floor tours. Strategic partnerships with key stakeholders like AIILSG, CSI (Mumbai Chapter), ICT Academy, invidis consulting, and the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) aim to amplify knowledge exchange and innovation. The event will also heavily focus on engaging buyers from high-growth sectors such as Smart Cities, Digital Education, and Enterprise IT, which are at the forefront of AV adoption and India’s digital transformation. With early registrations already showing strong interest from leading corporations like KPMG, Deloitte, Adani, Tata Motors, Cisco, and Reliance Industries, InfoComm India 2025 is poised to deliver immense value and foster crucial business exchanges across various verticals.
