The 28th edition of Globoil India, the premier conference and exhibition for the global edible oils and agri-trade industry, is underway at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake from September 24 to 26, 2025. Organized by TEFLA’s, this year’s event focuses on “Future-Proofing the Edible Oil Industry: Smart Solutions for Volatile Markets,” bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to discuss sustainability, innovation, and market dynamics.
The conference features over 40 sessions, including a Risk Management Workshop by Xceler.ai and an IDH Workshop at FSAFE, addressing key challenges and opportunities in the edible oil sector. Keynote speakers include YB Dato Seri Johari Abdul Ghani, who will address the nutritional science of palm oil, and Mr. Mahendra Vaidh, CEO of Arise IIP, who will discuss Africa’s role in the global edible oil value chain. The conference also highlights Africa’s Edible Oil Edge, in collaboration with Arise IIP and Africa for Investors, showcasing opportunities in soybean, palm, and groundnut oil manufacturing and exports.
