The finalists for the 2025 Event Technology Awards (ETA) have been revealed, celebrating the best in innovation, creativity, and excellence within the event technology sector. This year’s awards saw a record number of high-quality entries, with AI innovations featuring prominently, while new personalisation categories stood out for their ability to enhance audience engagement.

Judges now face the challenging task of scoring submissions, ensuring the most outstanding innovations are recognised.
The awards are powered by Evessio, managing everything from entry submissions to the event website, while One World Rental, the headline sponsor, continues to provide long-standing support for the ETAs and the wider event technology community.
Voting has also opened for the People’s Choice Award – Favourite Event Technology Supplier, allowing event professionals to select their preferred supplier or solution. Bronze, Silver, and Gold prizes will be awarded in this popular category.
