The World Mithai-Namkeen Convention & Expo (WMNC) is back – the 2025 edition is scheduled to take place from 19–21 December 2025, at the India International Convention and Expo Centre (Yashobhoomi), New Delhi.

Widely recognised as the only dedicated B2B event globally for the Indian confectionery (mithai) and savory snacks (namkeen) industry, WMNC unites suppliers, manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders from across the value chain – from processing and packaging to ingredients, machinery, and retail solutions.

According to organiser projections, WMNC 2025 expects to draw 600+ exhibitors and around 60,000 visitors and delegates from across India and overseas. The expo offers a unique platform for industry professionals to explore the entire ecosystem – including sweets & snacks processing machinery, packaging machinery and materials, automation and robotics, raw materials (sugar, flour, oils, spices), storage and inventory solutions, food-safety systems, control instrumentation, conveyors, weighing systems, and more.

Beyond machinery and equipment, WMNC aims to foster collaboration among manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, retailers, and regulators – making it the one-stop destination for those involved in production, procurement, R&D, innovation, and distribution across the sweets and snacks sectors.

“The Indian sweets and snacks sector is evolving rapidly, with rising demand for automation, food safety, packaging innovation and scalable production. WMNC 2025 will serve as a vital bridge between traditional confectionery heritage and modern industrial practices,” said a senior representative of the organising team.

With the upcoming expo, industry stakeholders anticipate valuable opportunities for networking, business growth, learning about global best-practices, and exploring new technology-driven solutions to meet changing consumer preferences.
