Global Fintech Fest 2025: Using AI to Shape the Financial Future

The Fintech Convergence Council (FCC), in partnership with the Payments Council of India (PCI) and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), is organizing the Global Fintech Fest (GFF) 2025, which is expected to be one of the biggest gatherings of fintech leaders, innovators, and policymakers worldwide. Over 100,000 people from over 125 countries, including fintech startups, well-established financial institutions, investors, and regulators, are anticipated to attend the festival, which will be held at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai, India, from October 7 to 9, 2025. GFF 2025 will examine how artificial intelligence is revolutionizing financial services and how it affects inclusive and sustainable finance under the theme “Empowering Finance for a Better World-Powered by AI.”

More than 800 prominent speakers will be featured at the event, including Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Indian Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis, Secretary of the Department of Financial Services Shri Sanjay Malhotra, Secretary of the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management Shri Tuhin Kanta Pandey, and Managing Director of NPCI Shri Kalyanaraman. The topics of their sessions will include digital financial inclusion, regulatory frameworks, the changing fintech landscape, and India’s expanding position in the global financial ecosystem. Additionally, the festival will feature over 350 exhibitors, live demonstrations, hackathons, awards, and the Bharat AI Experience Zone, which will provide a venue for both established and startup businesses to present state-of-the-art innovations.

In addition to stressing India’s leadership in digital public infrastructure and innovation, GFF 2025 places a strong emphasis on responsible AI, financial inclusivity, and resilience. The event strengthens India’s standing as a major global hub for fintech by offering a singular forum for cooperation, knowledge sharing, and strategic alliances.
