Discovering new trade show customer touch points


This Think Tank aims to define a new customer journey for hybrid events. It consists of three online sessions with two working group sessions in between.

Ahead of the online session, a survey will be launched to understand what industry professionals think about this theme. The first sprint will begin with the presentation of the survey results which will then be discussed amongst participants. Following this an industry expert will discuss the changes that hybrid events will have on the journey of exhibitors and visitors.

A simple working task aimed at identifying new touch points for hybrid events will be given to participating groups to complete.

The second online session will focus on outputs from the initial group work at which point sprint groups will choose 2 touchpoints they want to explore further.

A second working group session will enable groups to explore their two chosen touch points in more depth.

The third and final online session will include presentations from each group around their findings.
