The 17th edition of PRINTPACK INDIA saw a strong start on its opening day, June 25, 2025, with the Indian Printing, Packaging and Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) recording 335 bookings. This accounted for approximately 85% of the total exhibition space at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, NCR, including the open hangar areas. These figures are based on previous participation and projected space requirements.
PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 is scheduled to take place from January 30 to February 3, 2027. Early indicators suggest a high level of interest, reflecting the industry’s continued engagement with the event.
IPAMA President Mr. Jaiveer Singh noted the significant early response and reiterated the organization’s commitment to a transparent and equitable space allocation process. Unlike in the past, priority for space allocation will be based strictly on bank statement verification and assigned priority numbers, adhering to a first-come, first-served system for the GC category.
The initial bookings were secured with payments of Rs. 25,000 for Shell Scheme space and Rs. 50,000 for Bare Space, pointing to the proactive approach of companies aiming to reserve prominent locations. Additional applications are expected in the coming weeks as more participants consider the strategic advantages of the event.
