The 18th edition of the Bakery Business Trade Show 2025 will take place from October 30 to November 1 at Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, cementing its reputation as India’s leading and influential trade fair dedicated to the bakery, patisserie, and confectionery sectors.

Organized by Hospitality First India Pvt. Ltd., the event will feature over 200 exhibitors representing the latest technologies and trends in bakery equipment, ingredients, packaging, and related services. Attendance is expected to surpass 15,000 business visitors, including professionals, buyers, and representatives from across 26 Indian states and union territories, according to official statistics from event organizers.

In addition to exhibitor showcases, the trade show will provide attendees with opportunities to observe live masterclasses, chef demonstrations, and to participate in hands-on workshops led by industry experts. This enables professional networking, business deal-making, and learning about practical innovation in the sector.

The event runs concurrently with the HoReCa Business Show 2025, offering a comprehensive perspective on developments in hospitality and foodservice. Official supporting associations for the Mumbai edition include the Western India Culinary Association, Food Safety and Standards Association of India, and the Hotels & Restaurant Association Telangana State — among others actively involved in industry growth.

Leadership for the event remains with Hospitality First India Pvt. Ltd., directed by Pradeep Gopalan Nambiar (Founder Director), Chetan Salvi (Founder & Director), and Aashish Kohli (Director), whose history of event organization and industry expertise lends further credibility to the show’s statistics and participant data.
