AAHAR 2026, the 40th edition of the International Food & Hospitality Fair, will be held from March 10–14, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Organized by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the event is considered one of Asia’s largest B2B platforms for the food and hospitality industry.
The five-day exhibition will bring together manufacturers, importers, distributors, hoteliers, restaurateurs, and entrepreneurs from India and abroad. With participation expected from countries such as Australia, Canada, the United States, and several European nations, the event will showcase a wide range of global cuisines, premium ingredients, and hospitality solutions.
AAHAR 2026 will serve as a major networking hub, offering opportunities for importers and distributors to connect with international brands seeking entry into the Indian market. The exhibition will feature an extensive range of products and services, including bar accessories, bakery products and machinery, cutlery, crockery, glassware, guest amenities, kitchenware, sanitary fittings, laundry equipment, and packaging machinery for food products.
In addition, the fair will highlight table linen, hotel kits, garden furniture, spa and Ayurveda disposables, stainless steel and brass products, and various hospitality-related solutions. The event aims to present the latest trends, technologies, and innovations across the food processing, kitchen equipment, and hotel supply segments.
The previous edition, AAHAR 2025, recorded impressive participation with over 1,700 exhibitors, including more than 140 overseas exhibitors from 23 countries. The event attracted over one lakh visitors, including international attendees, and also hosted the 18th edition of Culinary Art India.
With its strong international presence and comprehensive product showcase, AAHAR 2026 is expected to further strengthen its position as a key platform for the global food and hospitality industry.
