Mumbai is set to host the 4th edition of ITB India, the flagship B2B travel and trade fair, scheduled from 2 to 4 September 2025 at the Jio World Convention Centre.

Organized by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, ITB India is co-located with the MICE Show India and Travel Tech India, offering participants an immersive introduction to the multifaceted Indian and South Asian travel market. As a pivotal gateway to one of the fastest-growing travel economies, the event provides a platform for forging new partnerships and strengthening existing alliances across MICE, leisure, corporate, and travel technology sectors.

As India stands poised to become the 2nd largest outbound travel market in Asia and the 8th largest globally, with outbound travel valued at over USD 55 billion by 2034, ITB India arrives at a moment of immense opportunity. The fair brings together buyers and exhibitors from tier 1, 2, and 3 cities across India and neighboring South Asian countries, enabling meaningful engagement through curated business matching programs.

The event promises rich networking and thought leadership: more than 500 buyers, 400+ exhibitors, and over 150 industry speakers are expected, guided by an agenda of 60+ conference sessions covering themes such as travel technology, MICE, corporate & leisure travel, sustainability, and digital transformation.

The ITB India Conference, held during the first two days (2–3 September), will shine the spotlight on emerging sectors like experiential travel, with sessions covering film tourism, cruise travel, sustainable journeys, and more. Over 40 sessions will be hosted across two stages-“Knowledge & MICE Theatre” and “Tech & Experience Theatre”- featuring leading voices from companies like Google, Tripadvisor, MakeMyTrip, and Intrepid Travel.

Participants will benefit from expertly matched B2B meetings, high-value networking opportunities, and strategic insights from keynote addresses and panels.

With early-bird registration underway, trade visitors have until 29 August 2025 to secure their passes at discounted rates.

Altogether, ITB India 2025 is poised to emerge not just as a trade show, but as a strategic launchpad- uniting global innovators and Indian travel leaders to shape the future of outbound travel in the region.
