After the first five business-exclusive days, the India International Trade Fair (IITF) is open for all visitors from November 19, 2025. The fair timings are 10:00 am to 7:30 pm from November 19–26, and 10:00 am to 4:30 pm on November 27. General public entry is allowed daily from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Visitors are advised to plan their visit in advance and purchase tickets online through ITPO’s website, the DMRC Sarthi App, or from their originating Metro Stations. Tickets are available at 55 designated stations, excluding Supreme Court Metro Station. No tickets will be sold at Bharat Mandapam gates.
Public-day entry charges are Rs.150 for adults on weekends and Gazetted Holidays, and Rs.80 on non-weekend days. Children will be charged Rs.60 on weekends and Rs.40 on non-weekend days. Entry is free for senior citizens and specially-abled visitors (Divyang) with valid government ID. A season ticket for the nine non-business days is priced at *Rs.800*.
This year, visitor entry will be facilitated only through Gates 3 and 4 on Bhairon Road, and Gates 6 and 10 on Mathura Road. There will be no parking inside Bharat Mandapam, and visitors may use paid parking available at Bharat Mandapam Basement Parking 1 & 2 and Bhairon Mandir Road.
To support visitor movement, a Round Robin Bus Service will operate from Mandi House Metro Station to Supreme Court Bus Stand/Metro Station, covering Gate 6, Gate 4, Gate 3, IP Depot Metro Station, ITO, and returning to Mandi House/Supreme Court.
Due to the expected rush, significant congestion is anticipated on Mathura Road, Bhairon Marg, Ring Road, and Purana Qila Road. Commuters not visiting IITF are advised to use alternative routes to avoid delays.
The fair will also offer essential facilities such as a dedicated Post Office, Banks, ATMs, Media Centre, Protocol facilities, and an International Business Centre, ensuring convenience for both visitors and exhibitors.
