As India emerges as a global hub for business, innovation, and large-scale international events, the focus is shifting to the unsung heroes behind the scenes the event service professionals powering this transformation. India Expo Shop 2025, the flagship exhibition of the Indian Exhibitions, Conferences & Events Services Association (IESA), returns for its 5th edition on August 12–13, 2025, at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi. The show will spotlight over 100 leading suppliers showcasing state-of-the-art technologies, AV solutions, design capabilities, and end-to-end event services that are redefining how India hosts world-class events.

These service providers play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact events such as the G20 Summit, BharatTex, Aero Show, DefExpo, and India Energy Week. Through cutting-edge innovation, seamless logistics, and global collaborations, they are setting new benchmarks and shaping the identity of Brand Bharat on the world stage. With India’s MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) sector valued at USD 49.4 billion in 2024 and projected to exceed USD 103 billion by 2030, India Expo Shop 2025 is a reflection of this incredible momentum.

“India’s MICE industry is evolving into a significant economic contributor, hosting over 35,000 corporate events each year,” said Mr. Jatinder Kapur, President of IESA. “India Expo Shop 2025 aims to celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit, creative excellence, and technological innovation of our 3,000+ service providers, who are transforming the sector and supporting India’s rise as a global events destination.”

This edition of India Expo Shop also marks the launch of EventFull Bharat 1.0 a new initiative designed to empower startups and emerging businesses in the event services sector. The platform will feature live pitches by young entrepreneurs and new-age solution providers before a distinguished jury of industry leaders, global buyers, and investors. It aims to foster collaboration, nurture talent, and unlock opportunities for the next generation of MICE professionals.

Over the years, India Expo Shop has become a premier networking and business platform for India’s exhibition and events sector. Previous editions held at venues like IEML Noida, NESCO Mumbai, and Pragati Maidan Delhi have drawn thousands of buyers, policymakers, and service providers. With its return to the capital, the 2025 edition promises to be a milestone event for showcasing India’s readiness to host large-scale global gatherings — from BRICS summits to a future Olympic bid.

Sharing their excitement, Mr. Amit Kumar Jain and Mr. Alok Singh, Principals and Co-Founders of Axis Designers Pvt. Ltd., said, “We’re excited to present our integrated design and fabrication capabilities at India Expo Shop 2025. This platform allows us to demonstrate how we turn concepts into immersive experiences we don’t just build booths, we build impact.”

Behind every marquee event is a robust network of professionals including planners, designers, AV technicians, and logistics experts working together to ensure flawless execution. As India gears up for the future with a focus on Smart Cities, sustainable infrastructure, and net-zero construction, India Expo Shop 2025 offers a critical platform to align national ambitions with delivery excellence.
