The 8th edition of the India International Hospitality Expo (IHE 2025) has officially opened at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida. Organised by India Exposition Mart Limited from 3rd to 6th August 2025, IHE 2025 is hosting over 1,000 brands, offering an extensive range of product categories for the hospitality and HoReCa sectors.
The event, envisioned by Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Chairman, India Exposition Mart Limited, is structured to provide a sourcing platform for suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders from India and across the globe. The opening ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including Shri Ritwik Khare, Founder & CEO, ELIVAAS; Shri Amarjit S Ahuja, Founder Member, PPFI; Shri Anil Malhotra, Founder Director, HSMAI; Shri Nitin Kumar, President, HOTREMAI; Shri Rajeev Sachdeva, President, ARCHII; Shri Hemant Sood, President & Founder, IIID; Shri Rajesh Choudhary, Founder Director, FSCAI; Shri Varun Khera, NRAI Noida Chapter Head; Smt. Seema Srivastava, Executive Director, India ITME Society; Executive Chef Alessandro, Hyatt Regency; and Shri Hari Dadoo, President, IHE.
The ceremony commenced with a welcome address by Shri Sudeep Sarcar, CEO, India Exposition Mart Limited, who outlined IHE’s role in connecting the hospitality sector with global trade opportunities and providing a platform for emerging Indian brands.
Key speakers addressed various facets of the industry. Shri Ritwik Khare emphasised the role of platforms like IHE in fostering business collaborations and connecting suppliers with hospitality brands. He noted the sector’s rapid growth trajectory and the need for platforms that streamline sourcing and strategy, especially for companies operating across multiple destinations.
Shri Hemant Sood highlighted the importance of design in enhancing functionality within the hospitality environment, and spoke about IHE’s efforts to bring attention to this crucial aspect. Ms. Seema Srivastava shared insights from a consumer and organiser perspective, viewing IHE as a space where industry diversity and cultural heritage converge with market opportunities.
Shri Hari Dadoo reflected on IHE’s journey since its inception, mentioning its evolution in scale and impact over the years. Shri Rajeev Sachdeva commented on the increasing participation levels at IHE, anticipating continued growth and expanded collaboration opportunities in future editions.
IHE 2025 features product segments across Food & Beverage, Hospitality Technology, Cleaning & Hygiene, Kitchen Equipment, Furnishings, Textiles, Operating Supplies, and Wellness Products. Key event highlights include the Master Bakers Challenge India 2025, Junior Pastry Indian Cup 2025, Agropure Culinary League, Zero Proof Cocktail Challenge, Housekeepers Conclave 3.0, and Campus2Startup 1.0.
This edition also sees a rise in international participation, contributing to enhanced B2B interactions and knowledge exchange. IHE 2025 is structured as a marketplace for both traditional and contemporary hospitality solutions, supporting Indian manufacturers, artisans, and entrepreneurs.
The expo will run till 6th August 2025, featuring product launches, live demonstrations, expert sessions, and industry award recognitions.
