The International Conference on Green Hydrogen (ICGH 2025) is being held from 11–12 November 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Organized by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, the conference focuses on the latest developments and upcoming technologies across the entire Green Hydrogen value chain.

India launched the National Green Hydrogen Mission on 4 January 2023, aiming to establish a comprehensive Green Hydrogen ecosystem in the country. The mission focuses on aligning demand and supply, developing supportive policy and regulatory frameworks, and promoting affordable and innovative solutions. Green Hydrogen has the potential to replace fossil fuels and fossil-based feedstocks in several key sectors, including refineries, fertilizers, steel, and chemicals, as well as in aviation and shipping.

The two-day event features plenary talks, expert panel discussions, and technical sessions covering areas such as hydrogen production, storage, distribution, and downstream applications. In addition, discussions include topics like green financing, skill development, and startup initiatives, emphasizing the role of innovation and capacity building in this emerging sector.

ICGH 2025 provides an international platform for participants to discuss the evolving Green Hydrogen landscape, exchange knowledge, and explore opportunities for collaboration between research institutions, industry, and government bodies. The event contributes to India’s ongoing efforts to accelerate the adoption of clean energy technologies and achieve its long-term decarbonization goals through the advancement of Green Hydrogen solutions.
