Bakery Business Trade Show 2025, co‑located with the HoReCa Business Show, commenced today, on 18 June 2025 at the spacious HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad. Organized by Hospitality First India Pvt. Ltd., the three‑day event runs through 20 June, with daily business hours from approximately 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Held annually to spotlight innovations in bakery, patisserie, chocolate, and foodservice sectors, this South India edition aims to draw around 7,000–12,000 industry professionals, including serious buyers, equipment manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, chefs, and bakery entrepreneurs. Exhibitor participation is expected to hit 150–180 booths, showcasing advanced bakery and HoReCa equipment, raw materials, packaging machinery, ovens, mixers, display counters, chocolate and finishing ingredients, and many more.
In addition to an extensive exhibition floor, the show offers live baking demonstrations, interactive workshops, and live cooking competitions—features intended to engage both visitors and exhibitors and to foster hands‑on learning. These sessions aim to highlight the latest baking technologies, new culinary trends, and industry best practices while encouraging networking across market segments.
The event draws a diverse crowd—from startup bakers to established brands—providing a prime platform for direct marketing, order placement, and business partner discovery. Last year’s edition attracted over 11,000 visitors and nearly 180 exhibitors, so this year’s targets of 150+ exhibitors and up to 12,000 serious buyers reflect confidence in strong industry engagement. Located in HITEX’s modular exhibition halls, the venue offers excellent infrastructure, including ample parking, registration amenities, and catering services—all contributing to a well‑organized, high‑traffic trade environment. For regional players in South India’s bakery and hospitality sectors, this event serves as a gateway to the newest technologies, ingredients, and business opportunities shaping the industry’s future.
