Gartex Texprocess India Mumbai 2026, incorporating The Denim Show, will be held from April 9–11, 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, bringing together the entire garment and apparel manufacturing value chain. Jointly organised by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd and MEX Exhibitions Pvt Ltd, the event aims to foster innovation, strengthen collaborations, and drive business growth across India’s textile ecosystem.

India’s textile and apparel sector, valued at nearly USD 179 billion, continues to be a key economic driver, contributing around 2% to GDP, 11% to manufacturing GVA, and over 8% to exports, while supporting approximately 45 million livelihoods. As the world’s largest cultivator of cotton and a major producer of jute and silk, along with a growing manmade textile ecosystem, India reflects immense scale and diversity in textile manufacturing.

The exhibition will feature over 125 participating companies, showcasing more than 500 products and 300 brands, with international participation from Italy, Germany, China, Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. The exhibitor showcase will span garment and apparel machinery, textile processing and printing technologies, digital printing, yarn and knitting machinery, dyeing equipment, automation and software, testing solutions, packaging and labelling, as well as fabrics, trims, and accessories.

Indian brands participating include Balaji Sewing Machine, Bekah, Benz Embroidery, Brother, DCC, Dollar, Epson, Fynd, HSW, Jack, Jaysynth, Lordi Mehala Machines, Mexum, National Fabricator, Om Satya, Optitex, Siruba, Stampit Robotai, and V Design. The Denim Show, supported by the Denim Manufacturers Association, will feature Ginni International, LNJ Denim, Oswal Denim, Siyaram’s, and Syama Denims, covering denim fabrics, processing technologies, dyes, chemicals, and machinery.

Industry leaders including Raj Manek of Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings Ltd and Gaurav Juneja of MEX Exhibitions Pvt Ltd highlighted the sector’s momentum driven by technological advancements, sustainability, and global sourcing opportunities. Reflecting evolving manufacturing needs, the 2026 edition will introduce expanded categories such as knitting machinery and fusing technologies, while exhibitors will showcase solutions focused on improving resource efficiency, reducing water and energy consumption, enabling recycling, and supporting circular production.

In addition to the exhibition, Gartex Talks and Denim Talks will host knowledge sessions on topics such as AI in apparel manufacturing, digital textile printing, athleisure trends, zero-waste production, and the future of garment machinery. Overall, the event is set to serve as a comprehensive B2B platform for innovation, partnerships, and sustainable growth in the textile and apparel industry.
