EventTitans recently served as the event-tech partner for Poultry India 2025, one of Asia’s significant exhibitions, delivering the technology and operational support for the large-scale event. Over four days, the platform successfully streamlined logistics for a total of 51,250 attendees and more than 8,000 exhibitors, with visitors and delegates attending from over 20 countries.
The company implemented end-to-end technology solutions, handling the entire digital and on-ground experience for the exhibition. The execution focused on speed and precision, aiming to offer reliability and data security.
For the event’s Knowledge Day Conference, EventTitans managed the logistics for eight distinct ticket categories. The technology facilitated automated data segregation, provided instant confirmation and reminders via WhatsApp, and supported live issue resolution. These processes contributed to a smooth experience for international visitors, speakers, and delegates.
Managing exhibitor operations across eight halls and nearly 600 exhibitors required significant logistical support. The platform ensured efficient entry by printing 8,000 exhibitor badges that were pre-segregated based on hall and category. On-site badge printing utilized over 40 devices, which allowed many exhibitors to complete the entry process quickly.
Frictionless access was a key component across all event areas, including conference sessions, lunch access, and networking events. This was achieved using self-check-in kiosks, ultra-fast QR validations, and real-time tracking of attendance and capacity. This system helped the organizers maintain control across various entry points.
Beyond on-day operations, the platform offers a full event lifecycle management system designed to handle large-scale events. Services include custom workflow development, exhibitor and booth management, speaker onboarding tools, and post-event analytics and dashboards for organizers. The successful execution at Poultry India 2025 demonstrated the platform’s capability to maintain consistency and stability for events of significant size.
