The 68th All India Congress of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (AICOG 2026) commenced on 14 January 2026 at Yashobhoomi (India International Convention & Expo Centre), Dwarka, New Delhi, reaffirming its position as India’s most prestigious and largest annual gathering of OB-GYN professionals. Running until 18 January 2026, the congress brought together leading gynaecologists, obstetricians, medical faculty, researchers, policymakers, and global healthcare stakeholders under one roof.

With the theme “Advancing Women’s Health through Evidence, Innovation & Compassion,” AICOG 2026 featured a comprehensive scientific programme spread across multiple halls. Delegates participated in high-impact keynote addresses, plenary sessions on maternal health, foetal medicine and minimally invasive surgery, as well as parallel tracks covering gynaecology, obstetrics, fertility, oncology and urogynecology. CME-accredited sessions, specialty certificate courses, case-based discussions and resident-focused presentations formed the academic backbone of the congress.

A key highlight of AICOG 2026 was its immersive hands-on workshops and skills labs, which began on 14 January with pre-conference sessions. These included laparoscopic suturing, foetal ultrasound masterclasses, labour ward emergency simulations and advanced endoscopy training, drawing strong participation from practising clinicians and postgraduate students.

The AICOG 2026 Exhibition, held from 15–18 January 2026, emerged as India’s largest women’s health marketplace, hosting 500+ exhibitors from medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, imaging, fertility, maternal and neonatal care, and digital health technologies. The exhibition floor witnessed robust engagement, product demonstrations and business networking, reinforcing the event’s importance for industry stakeholders.

Hosted at Yashobhoomi, with its world-class infrastructure and excellent airport connectivity, AICOG 2026 continued to set benchmarks in scale, scientific depth and industry participation—strengthening collaboration and shaping the future of women’s healthcare in India and beyond.
