The primary aim of AAHAR 2026 is to promote the growth and modernization of the food processing and hospitality sectors, while facilitating international trade and industry collaboration. By bringing together manufacturers, exporters, hospitality professionals, and policymakers under one roof, the fair aims to support innovation, investment, and knowledge exchange within the sector.
