The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA), with over 36 years of experience in organizing international exhibitions, is set to host the 17th edition of PRINTPACK INDIA at the India Expo Centre & Mart (IEML), Greater Noida, from January 30 to February 3, 2027.
The upcoming edition has already garnered significant industry traction, with approximately 91% of the total saleable exhibition space booked. Bookings for the show opened on January 25, 2025, and witnessed an overwhelming response, with over 350 companies reserving space on the very first day. As of now, 446 exhibitors have confirmed participation through a transparent priority allocation system.
The exhibition will feature participation from leading global and domestic companies, including Heidelberg, Canon, Konica Minolta, Fujifilm, Nilpeter, Manugraph India Ltd., Huber Group, Shailja Papers Ltd., Komori, NBG, Colourjet, Pidilite, among others.
PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 will present a comprehensive exhibition profile covering printing presses, in-press, post-press, finishing, converting, digital & signage, packaging machinery and materials, printing & publishing, paper products, logistics, testing equipment, and allied segments.
The venue, India Expo Centre & Mart, offers state-of-the-art infrastructure for exhibitions, conferences, and business events. It is well connected via IGI Airport, and will further benefit from the upcoming Jewar International Airport, along with strong rail and road connectivity across Delhi-NCR. The surrounding ecosystem includes high-tech markets and a range of hotels-from budget to five-star categories—located within a 2–5 km radius, including a hotel within the IEML complex.
Space Charges & Discounts:
- Bare Space: ₹8,000 per sqm (minimum 30 sqm)
- Shell Scheme: ₹9,000 per sqm (minimum 15 sqm)
- Early Bird Discount: ₹1,400 per sqm (for bookings with payment completed by March 31, 2026)
- Additional Discount: ₹400 per sqm (for bookings between April 1 and October 31, 2026)
Note: Discounts are subject to timely payments as per the defined schedule, failing which they may be forfeited.
The segment-wise hall layout is currently under development and will include live machinery demonstrations and online meeting scheduling tools to enhance visitor and exhibitor engagement.
Commenting on the upcoming edition, Mr. Jaiveer Singh, IPAMA, stated that PRINTPACK INDIA continues to serve as a key launch platform for printing and paper packaging machinery, and the 2027 edition is expected to exceed previous benchmarks, with strong anticipation across the industry.
