Valladolid, Spain, is set to become the global capital of wine tourism as it hosts the 7th edition of the International Wine Tourism Fair (FINE) on March 3 and 4, 2026. Recognised as one of the world’s leading platforms dedicated exclusively to wine tourism, FINE 2026 will bring together professionals from across Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Countries including Canada, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Spain, Italy and Portugal have officially confirmed their participation, along with several emerging wine destinations. The event will showcase a diverse mix of wineries, wine routes, tourism boards, hotels and tour operators, offering a comprehensive overview of the world’s finest wine tourism experiences.

Over 140 wineries, destinations and tourism companies are expected to exhibit, while more than 50 international buyer agencies will take part in structured business meetings. The fair is projected to host over 2,200 B2B meetings, making it one of the most important networking platforms for wine tourism professionals globally.

FINE 2026 will highlight renowned regions such as La Rioja, Ribeira Sacra and Campo de Cariñena, alongside international destinations from Italy, Portugal and Latin America. A major new feature this year is the integration of olive oil tourism, adding a broader gastronomic dimension to the event and creating new opportunities for experiential travel.

Supported by key partners including Turespaña, the regional government of Castile and León, and Valladolid City Council, FINE continues to strengthen Spain’s position as a global leader in wine tourism.

With its strong international presence, high-level business programme and focus on premium travel experiences, FINE 2026 is set to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global wine and gastronomic tourism.
