The India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB), an apex body supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, has announced the 15th edition of the Convention India Conclave (CIC) 2026, scheduled to take place from August 19 to 21, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
The flagship MICE industry event will be organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and jointly hosted by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) and Delhi Tourism. The conclave will be held under the theme, “Powering the Future of Innovation,” highlighting the growing role of technology, collaboration and sustainable growth in shaping the future of the meetings and events industry.
The three-day conclave will focus on all major segments of the MICE industry, including incentive travel, exhibitions, association conferences and corporate meetings, while creating new opportunities for business development and strategic partnerships.
Speaking on the announcement, Chander Mansharamani, Vice Chairman, ICPB, stated that “We are pleased to announce India Convention Promotion Bureau’s flagship event, the 15th Convention India Conclave, in New Delhi from August 19–21, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and jointly organised by ITPO and Delhi Tourism. As the theme is ‘Powering the Future of Innovation,’ our focus will be on all segments of the MICE Industry-Incentives, Exhibition, Association Conferences and Corporate Meetings-creating an opportunity for our members to look for new avenues of business development and project India as a preferred Convention Destination through ICPB.”
Recognised as one of South Asia’s leading MICE networking platforms, Convention India Conclave follows the successful format of leading international events such as IBTM, IT&CMA and IMEX, bringing together buyers and sellers through a premium B2B platform.
The organisers expect participation from 350-400 delegates, including domestic and international buyers, along with 75-100 exhibitors representing various sectors of the meetings and events industry. A major attraction of the conclave will be its exhibition showcase and pre-scheduled B2B meetings programme designed to facilitate meaningful business interactions.
The conference programme will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions and knowledge sessions on technology innovation, corporate incentive travel, and synergies between the exhibition and conference sectors. International speakers and industry experts are also expected to share global best practices and emerging trends.
With Bharat Mandapam serving as the venue, the conclave is expected to further strengthen India’s position as a leading global destination for business events and conventions.
