The 4th Edition of Food & Bakery Expo 2026 has opened today at Hall No. 3, India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, where it will run from 10–12 July 2026. Organised by SG Foodees Infotech LLP (Foodees Group), the three-day B2B exhibition is bringing together stakeholders from the food processing, bakery, confectionery, hospitality, packaging, and allied industries on a single business platform.

Building on the success of its previous editions, the expo has established itself as an important marketplace for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, retailers, entrepreneurs, and technology providers. The 2026 edition is expected to host over 250 exhibitors and attract more than 15,000 trade visitors, offering participants opportunities to discover new products, identify business partners, and expand their distribution networks.

The exhibition showcases the complete value chain of the food and bakery industry, including food processing machinery, bakery equipment, ingredients, flavours, additives, packaging technologies, refrigeration and cold-chain solutions, automation systems, quality control services, and hospitality solutions. Alongside the exhibition, the event features knowledge sessions, buyer-seller meetings, workshops, product showcases, startup initiatives, and B2B networking activities, creating a comprehensive business environment for industry professionals.

Leading the initiative is Dr. Girish Gupta, Director & CEO of Foodees Group and Principal Organiser of the expo. With more than 36 years of experience in the food and bakery sector, Dr. Gupta has played a significant role in food consultancy, product development, plant setup, market expansion, and private-label manufacturing. His vision for the expo is to create a platform that encourages innovation, collaboration, and sustainable business growth across India’s food manufacturing ecosystem.

As India’s food processing industry continues to expand rapidly, Food & Bakery Expo 2026 reflects the sector’s growing emphasis on technology adoption, automation, value-added manufacturing, and supply chain efficiency. The exhibition is expected to generate valuable business opportunities while facilitating knowledge exchange between manufacturers, solution providers, and buyers, reinforcing Greater Noida’s position as a leading destination for specialised B2B trade exhibitions.
