The Electronic Industries Association of India (ELCINA) is set to organise the 15th Strategic Electronics Summit – Defence & Aerospace 2026 (SES 2026) on 23–24 July 2026 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru. Recognised as one of India’s leading platforms for strategic electronics, the two-day summit will bring together policymakers, defence organisations, armed forces, PSUs, OEMs, MSMEs, startups, academia and technology providers to discuss the future of India’s defence and aerospace electronics ecosystem.

The summit will feature a comprehensive conference and exhibition showcasing the latest innovations in defence electronics, aerospace technologies, AI, embedded systems, semiconductors, sensors, communication technologies, drones, robotics, surveillance systems and advanced manufacturing. Delegates will have the opportunity to participate in keynote sessions, panel discussions, technical presentations, vendor development meetings and business networking designed to foster collaboration and accelerate indigenous technology development.

Organised by Electronic Industries Association of India, the summit reflects the association’s long-standing commitment to strengthening India’s electronics manufacturing ecosystem. Established in 1967, ELCINA was the country’s first industry association dedicated to supporting the electronics hardware sector. Over the decades, it has evolved into a leading industry body representing electronics and IT manufacturers while actively engaging with the Government of India on policy matters, promoting business-friendly reforms, facilitating technology partnerships, and encouraging knowledge sharing with technical institutions and international organisations. As India’s electronics industry continues to expand, ELCINA remains focused on delivering value-added services that enhance innovation, manufacturing competitiveness and global market access.

With India’s continued emphasis on self-reliance in defence manufacturing and strategic technologies, SES 2026 is expected to serve as a vital platform for innovation, collaboration and business development, reinforcing the nation’s vision of building a globally competitive electronics and defence manufacturing ecosystem.
