The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) has announced that the 2nd edition of IntraPac India will take place from December 10 to 13, 2025, at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida. Registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, IPAMA aims to bring together the entire value chain of the packaging and food processing industry under one roof through this dedicated business platform.

IntraPac India 2025 is expected to feature over 200 exhibitors, including manufacturers, suppliers, technology providers, and solution experts from India and abroad. More than 200 companies will showcase advanced products, live machines, and innovations across segments such as food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, consumer goods, bakery, and confectionery. Cutting-edge packaging technology, automation, and sustainable solutions will remain at the core of product displays during the exhibition.

The event continues to attract strong interest from global markets, with registered visitors from Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Russia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, the UAE, the US, and Zambia, indicating the rising international reach of the IntraPac platform.

Two significant concurrent events will further enrich the industry experience. Food TekPack 2025 – A Knowledge Conference, jointly organised by IPAMA and Indian Printers and Publishers, is scheduled for December 11–12, 2025. The conference will focus on technology, innovation, and sustainability in the food and beverage packaging ecosystem and will host brand owners, product managers, processing specialists, cold chain solution providers, and packaging professionals.

The India Packaging Awards, organised by IPAMA and the All-India Federation of Printers and Packagers (AIFPP) with support from the Delhi Printers Association, will honour excellence and innovation across the packaging industry.

The India Expo Centre, known for its modern infrastructure and strong connectivity, will host the event. To support exhibitors, the Ministry of MSME has approved reimbursement benefits under its Procurement & Marketing Support Scheme (PMS), in addition to an Early Bird Discount for timely bookings.

With confirmed participation from 171 companies and nearly 30 more in the final stage, combined with nationwide promotional drives and enhanced complimentary visitor services, IntraPac India 2025 is positioned to become a major landmark event for India’s packaging and food processing industry.
