Scheduled to take place from 11–12 November 2025 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, the India Food Forum 2025 (IFF) will once again bring together key stakeholders from across the food, grocery, and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sectors. Organized by Images Multimedia Pvt. Ltd., the forum serves as a leading B2B platform for professionals and businesses to exchange insights, explore innovations, and foster collaborations across India’s dynamic food retail and service ecosystem.

Since its inception in 2008 with the support of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), the India Food Forum has evolved into one of the country’s most influential gatherings for the food and FMCG industries. Now entering its 18th edition, the event continues to act as a knowledge-sharing and business-enablement hub, offering a panoramic view of emerging trends, technologies, and market dynamics shaping the sector.

The two-day forum will feature a comprehensive conference, zoned exhibitions, partner networking sessions, and industry awards, creating an environment conducive to meaningful business discussions. The event is expected to attract over 10,000 participants, including leading manufacturers, marketers, distributors, retailers, investors, and policy experts.

Key focus areas include a wide range of food categories such as confectionery, dairy products, meats, processed and frozen foods, fresh produce, snacks, beverages, and grocery products, along with segments like FMCG, research, and retailing. The discussions are likely to revolve around consumer behavior, digital transformation in food retail, supply chain innovation, and sustainable practices in the evolving food ecosystem.

Over the years, the India Food Forum has established itself as a converging point for food and grocery industry stakeholders, fostering dialogue between businesses and thought leaders while recognizing excellence through its signature awards. As the food and retail landscape in India continues to expand, the 2025 edition aims to reinforce the forum’s role as a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and growth within the sector.
